The Guest House at Ramharipur Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama has been serving visiting devotees and spiritual seekers since 1993. It was initially established during the time of Swami Vamananandaji Maharaj, who arranged accommodations in a few small houses located near the monks’ residence (Sadhu Nibash).
As the Ashrama gradually became a spiritual destination for devotees from far and wide, the need for a more spacious and comfortable guest facility became evident. Recognizing this, Swami Muktipradhanandaji Maharaj took the noble initiative to construct a new, larger Guest House to meet the growing demand.
The newly built Guest House was formally inaugurated in 2019 by the revered Swami Subiranandaji Maharaj. It is now equipped to host 40–50 guests at a time, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere ideal for spiritual retreat, reflection, and rest.
Throughout the year, visitors from across India come to stay at the Ashrama’s Guest House, drawn by the tranquil ambiance and the opportunity to immerse themselves in the ideals of Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi, and Swami Vivekananda.
Whether you are here for a short visit or an extended spiritual stay, the Guest House provides a warm and welcoming environment that feels just like home.
